Wonderful obituary. It captured Kent very well. We were neighbors in Sarasota and always enjoyed chatting on morning walks which often passed by his and Cathy’s house. We will surely miss him and our deepest condolences to Cathy and the entire family.

Thank you for this tribute, Bill. Kent inspired at least 3 generations of Fosters who know him as a close friend of Jim and Lauren (my dad and mom) and his mother Norma as our wonderful library teacher in Clarendon Hills. One of the toughest, fiercest, funniest, and loveliest guys we’ll ever know.

Bill, Sorry to hear about your Marine Friend Kent. Sounds like a full life of service was in his dna as an American and a Marine. May God Bless Kent and his family.

Peace
